We use a three-step process: Investigate, Remedy & Repair, and Test
- Investigate: We conduct a test for mold to create a baseline from which to take action and measure results.
- Remedy & Repair: Using a preferred contractor with experience in mold remediation, we provide a plan that includes removal of the contaminated materials and the repair. This can include drywall, plumbing, cement walls and penetrations, equipment and furnishings, etc. For condominiums, we coordinate with the building Administrator and maintenance personnel.
- Confirm and Validate Repairs: Upon completing our work, we implement a top-tier Indoor Air Quality solution. The device releases a fine “fog” of hydrogen peroxide that effectively eliminates bacteria, mold, and odors – while remaining safe for humans. The equipment was in place for two weeks after the project was completed. To close out the project, we test for mold, and the results showed a dramatic improvement in the reduction of mold detected and the associated indoor air quality.
