Girasol Condo Window & Door Replacement Program

Puerto Vallarta Owner's Reps, in collaborating with a local window manufacturer, is offering special project pricing for the Owners of Girasol Condominiums.

• Professional project management by PV Owner’s Reps
• Owner consultation, project management, on-site vendor management during installation, and reporting. 
• Project setup and coordination includes:

                 1. Moving of furnishings in project area. Covering existing furnishings to protect against dust.  

                 2. Move/protect window treatments as necessary. 

                 3. Project close-out includes video and photographic review and approval with the owner.

• PV Owner’s Reps manages the deposit, progress payments and final payment. 
• Consider PV Owner's Reps as your eyes and ears during this important project.

• Full replacement of the sliding door with a four panel (two sliding door) using natural aluminum. The design has been approved by the Administrator.
• Screen doors to match the design.
• The installation includes a single piece of glass at the header for unobstructed views and using the latest in natural aluminum manufacturing.
• Caulking to match for a water-tight finish.

• The project is completed in two days. 
• The first day is dedicated to demo and measuring for the glass header. The door and windows are installed.
• The second day is dedicated to the glass header installation, waterproofing, screen installation, project cleanup and sign-off with PV Owner's Reps/Owner. 
• The special pricing is offered at $32,200 net. 
• By participating in this special offer, you are insulated from the 10% increases occurring in glass and aluminum industries. 
• This offer is limited to 3 installations per week.  
• Installed in the order of sign-up/confirmation and in-condo measurements. 
• Deadline for participation is September 1, 2024 (based upon availability).
